Danser Group connects Zeebrugge
Due to the increased container activities in the port of Zeebrugge, Danser Group has immediately added and integrated the Belgian seaport to in its extensive intermodal network.

The intermodal service provider offers a regular barge connection via the 42 kilometer long Canal Ghent - Bruges, locally also called “Brugse Vaart” and “Gentse Vaart”. Various barges within the existing Danser fleet are excellently deployable on the canal, due to their size and limitations of the waterway.

Recently, high-frequency connections to and from the deepseaports of Antwerp and Rotterdam were set up. In addition, Northern France and other water-connected inland terminals are connected via hub locations within the Danser hinterland network.

With this new sustainable addition, the interconnectivity between Zeebrugge, the mentioned deepseaports, North Sea Port and the hinterland were increased. In a period of 4 weeks already 125.000 road kilometers could be moved to the waterway.
